By purchasing, accessing, or using our digital products and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Safety SecQR website and digital products. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or accessing any of our digital products or services. By making a purchase or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our products or services.
All digital products sold by Safety SecQR are provided as-is and are non-refundable once the product has been delivered to you, unless required by Australian Consumer Law in cases of major faults (such as non-delivery or product defects).

Permit to Work Forms Work Inspection Requests (WIR) Work Health & Safety (WHS) Forms Safety Work Management Statements (SWMS) Customised QR codes Templates or customized digital forms related to safety and compliance
Digital access to purchased content is delivered via email to the email address provided during checkout. Access is considered fully delivered once the email containing the digital product or link is sent. If you do not receive access within 5 calendar days, it is your responsibility to notify us at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue.
If you do not notify us within this timeframe, the digital products will be deemed fully delivered, and you will not be eligible for any refunds or replacements.
If you purchase a customised digital product (e.g., a QR code or form), we allow one round of revisions or changes after the initial delivery. No additional changes will be permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a digital product or service from Safety SecQR does not grant you the right to share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the product in any form. Our products are for personal or business use only, and all intellectual property rights remain with Safety SecQR. Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or resale of digital products will result in termination of access and potential legal action.
If you purchase a subscription to access our products or services (e.g., monthly access to digital forms or QR code management), your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be given for any prior months.

All digital products, content, and designs provided by Safety SecQR, including but not limited to forms, templates, and QR codes, are the intellectual property of Safety SecQR PTY LTD. You agree not to infringe upon, use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without express written permission from Safety SecQR.
Safety SecQR will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our digital products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service, except as required under Australian law.

Return Policy

At Safety SecQR, we value our clients and work hard to deliver top-notch digital products that are customised to satisfy your compliance and safety requirements. To guarantee total openness, it is crucial to specify our policies for the sale of digital products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please carefully read the following terms.
Digital products are not eligible for refunds All sales of downloaded and digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, you cannot return, receive a refund, or receive store credit once you have been assigned a download or digital access. You accept the terms stated in this policy by buying any of our digital products.

1. Digital Delivery and Access
Once we send you an email with the purchased digital content, the digital access is deemed fully delivered. For the duration specified in the product description, you will have access to the product or products you have ordered. It is your duty to notify us at [email protected] if you do not obtain access within five calendar days of making the purchase. The content will be considered fully delivered if you don't tell us inside this window of time.
2. One-Time Product Changes
We permit one round of modifications to the original customisation for digital products (such as personalised QR codes or forms). No more alterations or modifications will be allowed after this. This preserves the integrity of the product and guarantees effective service delivery. Before submitting, please carefully review your special requests.
Please contact our Customer Support Department at [email protected] right away if you encounter any technical difficulties or have trouble accessing the digital content. They are accessible Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (AEST). Any problems with access will be promptly fixed by our staff.
3. Products for Subscriptions
Customers who sign up for monthly or recurring digital services (such as form subscriptions or QR code management services) must get in touch with our customer service representatives to cancel their subscriptions. Please be aware that there are no refunds for previous months of service, regardless of product consumption, and that the cancellation of the subscription will take effect in the month in which you submit your request.
Subscription cancellation only stops further charges. Although previous invoices will stay outstanding until the entire contract value is paid, you will still have access to the content until the conclusion of your billing cycle. Your subscription is not immediately terminated if you remove or cancel your payment method.
4. No Rights to Reproduction or Sharing
You do not acquire the right to distribute, resell, share, or duplicate any digital content that you purchase from Safety SecQR. All information is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is intended solely for your personal or professional use. Your access to the digital content may be terminated for violating these conditions, and additional legal action may follow.
Fees for Build-Out and Personalised QR Code Services Since they cover the services needed to create or modify your account or forms, any build-out fees or custom QR code creation fees are non-refundable. Even if the bespoke work is a part of a larger service or subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund once these services are finished.
5. Coupon codes and gift certificates
Please take note of the following if you have been given a gift card or promo code to spend on Safety SecQR products:
Gift certificates and coupon codes are only good for one usage and are only good for the amount indicated on them. Our regular return policy for tangible goods applies to any physical things bought with a coupon or gift voucher. Unless otherwise noted, coupon coupons and gift certificates expire 12 months after they are issued coupon codes and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or used for previous purchases. Gift certificate-purchased digital goods are not returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for shop credit.
6. Legal Adherence and Customer Promises
When there are significant flaws or malfunctions with digital products that cannot be fixed, we must provide remedies under Australian Consumer Law. In the event that the digital content:
doesn't fit the description is not of a satisfactory calibre and cannot be accessed because of a serious issue with the system or file. In these situations, we promise to provide a replacement or a refund. All sales are final, nevertheless, and no refunds will be given for any problems that do not amount to a serious defect.
