Question 2:  Are integrations with Google and Facebook messaging truly seamless across all plans?

Answer: Yes, but the functionality may be limited without website funnels or landing pages, which are not included in the Starter plan.

Question 3:  Is Reputation Management active or passive?

Answer: The Pro and Premium tiers include automated Review Request Automation, which actively encourages customer reviews. The Starter plan does not include this feature.

Question 4: Can team user roles be customised?

Answer: Only Premium includes advanced team management, suggesting customisable roles and permissions. The Starter and Pro plans are limited in team scalability and structure.
